Anxiety Disorders And Their Impact On Quality Of Life

Impairment of your social life, daily chores and vitality.

Scientific research indicates that people suffering from an anxiety disorder report less quality of life compared with the general population. They experience their health as being under par and they feel less vital compared with the general population. Due to emotional problems they are less capable in performing daily tasks. To a lesser degree they also mention physical restrains. It is highly probable that their mental health suffers too

Anxiety: Sometimes very invalidating , sometime hardly no effect

An anxiety disorder effects social functioning and the sekret of everyday tasks because certain situations or activities are avoided (for instance with social tanie ksiazki or agoraphobia). If people find it easy to avoid such situations the impact on quality of life doesn't have to be very severe (for instance with specific Phobia like fear of spiders and fear of heights). People with an anxiety disorder who find themselves in a threatening situation can suffer to a great degree from being in such a situation. These people will obviously report a great negative impact on their quality of life.

The impairment differs for each type of disorder

Patients suffering from a generalized anxiety disorder mention high loss of vitality and complain about more limitations in the ability to perform daily duties because of emotional problems than patients with for instance phobia.

Patients suffering from a combination of several disorders or suffering from an anxiety disorder in combination with a clinical depression also report loss in vitality and impairments in their social life and vitality.

The lesson we can learn from this is that Salon Wrozb can be a great difference in the way anxiety disorders effect the lives of their sufferers.
